健身中心一日雜記

昨天和男友到內湖的貝克漢健身中心運動

過程：

跑步機
──快走30分鐘
──速度5.5公里 per Hour
──坡度5%

腳踏車
──選擇行程2
──10分鐘就堅持不下去了

游泳
──約15分鐘左右
──不會換氣的自由式
──只會踢水的仰式

SPA
──約15分鐘


成果：全身痠痛＋晚餐狂吃

感想：充滿怨念~
